Tanseisha's "R2" (Real-estate Revitalization) project, which revitalizes small and medium-sized older properties in central Tokyo, has changed its service name to "Birunowa" in order to further business growth and to cherish the "wa" (circle/circle) surrounding buildings.
Accordingly, we will also be launching a new website.
'Birunowa' website URL: https://birunowa.com/
"Birunowa" is a business that buys, resells, and manages assets for small and medium-sized buildings that face challenges such as aging buildings and facilities built during the bubble economy, business succession issues due to the aging of owners, and inheritance problems. Utilizing the know-how and network cultivated over the years in creating spaces, we aim to maximize the value of buildings through renovations, while also connecting building owners, tenants seeking office space, and investors in a single, seamless process.
Furthermore, by shifting our approach to buildings from "scrap and build," which involves demolishing old buildings and rebuilding them, to "stock utilization," which involves using existing buildings for as long as possible, we will contribute to reducing CO2 emissions generated by new building construction, and propose a new form of urban development that is created jointly by all stakeholders surrounding buildings, including building owners, tenants, investors, and local communities.
Tanseisha will continue to contribute to the realization of a circular economy through this project, while cherishing the three elements (circle, harmony, and conversation) surrounding the building, and aiming to create new vibrancy and contribute to the development of sustainable communities.
