Matsumaru Honpo is a shop-in-shop bookstore that opened in Maruzen's Marunouchi main store. Regardless of format or genre, such as new releases, used books, paperbacks, or manga, the store has been laid out to categorize the knowledge each book holds under a unique theme. The shelves with staggered levels encourage visitors to browse, Spatial Production the atmosphere for unexpected encounters. <br /> In an age where books can be purchased with a single click by searching on a computer, Matsumaru Honpo presents a new type of communication between readers and bookstores that is unique to brick-and-mortar stores, presenting an exciting and challenging concept for a bookstore that makes use of the message that emanates from the entire bookshelf.

| Overview | "Matsumaru Honpo" is a shop-in-shop bookstore that opened in Maruzen Marunouchi Main Store.
