We would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to all those who have been infected with COVID-19 and those whose lives have been affected by the spread of the infection. We would also like to express our respect to all those who are supporting social activities, including medical professionals.
Based on government policies and action plans, Tanseisha is continuing its business activities with the highest priority on preventing infection both inside and outside the company and ensuring the safety of our employees and all those involved with the company.
As of January 7, 2021, the following measures are in place:
In response to the declaration of a state of emergency under the Special Measures Act for the Prevention of Novel Coronavirus Infections, we will implement the following measures.
- ・For employees in areas covered by the declaration, teleworking will be implemented as a standard rather than a recommendation.
- ・As a general rule, we will refrain from holding in-person interviews at our offices in areas covered by the declaration.
In addition, we encourage all employees, not just those in areas covered by the declaration, to work from home and use online communication, and our policy is to carefully determine the situation and number of people when communicating face-to-face.
Therefore, we ask that you refrain from visiting our office without an appointment.
We will continue to strive to continue our business activities by utilizing various systems, tools, and IT environments that promote location-free work styles. Furthermore, without being bound by pre-COVID styles, we will consider future work styles and communication styles, put them into practice ourselves, and work with our customers and partners to provide solutions to social issues.
We would like to ask all concerned parties for your understanding and cooperation.
