In response to the spread of COVID-19, our group has established a disaster response headquarters and is making the safety of our employees and those of our group companies our top priority, and is working to prevent infection by encouraging the wearing of masks and the use of hand disinfection, working from home through our telework system, and utilizing staggered commuting times through our shift work system.
In the event of an outbreak of COVID-19 infection, our disaster response headquarters will work closely with the local public health center to respond to the situation and ensure that business continuity is not affected.
In accordance with the instructions of the local public health center, we will disinfect, close, and sterilize and clean the office areas, and will thoroughly inform everyone within the company of the guidelines for preventing the spread of infection and urge them to be vigilant.
In addition, for employees suspected of having had close contact with infected individuals, we will follow the instructions of the local public health center while issuing appropriate instructions to prevent the spread of infection, such as having them work from home and undergo health monitoring as soon as this is identified.
Our group will continue to closely monitor the situation and will swiftly decide and implement response policies based on government policies and action plans to prevent the spread of infection both inside and outside the company, while also striving to provide prompt and accurate information.
Going forward, we will continue to prioritize preventing infection both inside and outside the company and ensuring the safety of our employees and all those involved with the company, and will take the necessary measures in cooperation with group companies. We will also strive to continue our business activities by utilizing various systems, tools, and IT environments that promote location-free work styles.
We would like to ask all concerned parties for their understanding.
