A salon that combines beauty appliance experience and brand promotion
Photo: RINO KOJIMA (This is the Lights.)
Overview | This is the brand's first product experience salon, where the entire lineup of beauty appliances "Panasonic Beauty" is available. The facility's concept is to provide busy women in their 20s to 40s with the opportunity to "do self-beauty treatments using beauty appliances," and each floor from the 1st to 4th floor offers different experience times and services. Since beauty appliances come into direct contact with hair and skin, the space is designed to emphasize cleanliness while also providing a luxurious feel. |

Issues/Themes | Usually, beauty appliances are used at home without being seen by others. The biggest challenge was how to promote the product by showing scenes of women trying it out while minimizing the "stress of being seen" that they felt. |
Space Solution/Realization | The lower floors are self-experienced, allowing for a quick touch-and-try experience, with the aim of promoting the salon by encouraging more women to try it out. The upper floors are premium esthetic experience floors, where customers can make reservations for more thorough, in-depth experiences and receive custom-made services. By clearly offering different experience options on each floor and letting women choose the experience for themselves, we have created a salon that is stress-free and easy to drop in to. |
