| Overview | As part of its 75th anniversary celebrations, DENSO Corporation has reopened the DENSO Gallery at its headquarters in Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture, as the DENSO Museum. As a museum that conveys "DENSO's past and future," the museum conveys the company's history of delivering value to the world through technological innovation and manufacturing, as well as its vision for the future, to customers, business partners, and future partners. |
|---|---|
| Issues/Themes | The museum has been transformed from a "gallery" that primarily introduced products to a "museum" that tells the story of DENSO's origins and identity. |
| Space Solution/Realization | The concept of the new museum is "The story of past and future challenges." It is comprised of five zones tracing the past, present, and future, and is intended to foster a sense of anticipation for "a company that supports the future" and provide a place for people to experience it. Rather than simply introducing products, the museum focuses on the "story" of each exhibited product, and has pursued Design, Layout that conveys the strong bonds with colleagues both inside and outside the company who have taken on challenges together over the past 75 years, as well as the passion of each employee. |
