About the Project

Overview Okamura Corporation has renovated its Showrooms for the "Grand Fair 2026," commemorating its 80th anniversary. Based on the concept of "Wedentity," the exhibition space showcases new products and new ways of working.
Our company was responsible for the extensive interior construction work, including the major renovation of the 3rd floor of the New Otani Garden Court building, designed by FLOOAT Co., Ltd., and the "Height-Adjustable Desk Experience Area" in the Tower building. We were also involved in the system design and content creation for the experience area.
Issues/Themes To carry out extensive interior construction work, from the demolition of the existing Showrooms to completion, within a short construction period, while working closely with external designers.
In the "Height-Adjustable Desk Experience Area," we aim to build a system that deeply conveys the value of the product through hands-on experience.
Space Solution/Realization By dividing the construction scope into multiple areas and types of work, and efficiently promoting the work simultaneously under meticulous process management and strict adherence to quality standards, we achieved a short delivery time. While overseeing a wide range of specialized construction work, we achieved both the realization of high design intent and high-quality interior finishes.
We have developed a "height-adjustable desk system" that can suggest and report the optimal height for users, and have created a demonstration area for it.
