Overview | A pioneer in pizza delivery, this chain store leads the domestic pizza delivery industry as the No. 1 in sales and number of stores. With a business policy of expanding the number of stores to shorten delivery times so that they can deliver piping hot pizza, in recent years they have been opening stores nationwide at a rate of over 100 stores per year, with the goal of opening a total of 1,500 stores nationwide. Since 2018, Tanseisha has been fully responsible for the design and construction of stores, and has continuously assisted in the renovation and remodeling of over 300 stores in total, from homey local stores to urban stores. Space Solution/Realization | By closely communicating with the client as a partner and sharing information among project members, we were able to prevent rework and thoroughly streamline operations. Furthermore, by formulating and deploying a standard manual for the design and construction of the store, we were able to achieve both stable quality and speed. In addition, by introducing Building Information Modeling (BIM) into the design process, we were able to support the customer's quick decision-making by sharing visual images using 3D models, and we were able to significantly reduce the time required for drawing up plans, etc., enabling the store to be opened quickly. |
