Ogikubo Town Seven
Aiming to create a more comfortable commercial facility while inheriting the good qualities of the "market"

Ogikubo Town Seven is a commercial building that celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2011. The fresh produce section on the basement floor in particular is known for retaining much of the vitality of the "market" it was in when the building first opened, and is bustling with shoppers. <br /> Aiming to preserve the positive aspects of this "market" while creating a more comfortable and easy-to-shop commercial facility, we proposed the environmental concept "OGIKUBO-ICHI - Hot Corridor" for the common areas. We assisted with a total renewal, from tangible to intangible aspects.

About the Project
| Overview | Ogikubo Town Seven is a commercial building that will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2011. The fresh produce section on the first basement floor in particular is known for retaining a strong sense of the vitality of the "market" it was when the store first opened, and is bustling with shoppers. While inheriting the good qualities of this "market," we aimed to create a more comfortable and easy-to-shop commercial facility, proposing the "OGIKUBO-ICHI - Hot CORRIDOR" environmental concept for the common areas. We assisted with the total renewal from the soft to the hard aspects. |
