About the Project

Overview This is the headquarters of Intelligence Business Solutions, a company of the Intelligence Group, which operates a human resources service business. It houses a department specializing in outsourcing business. One floor is made up of a visitor area where job interviews and consultations are held, and a communication space for IT engineers when they return to the office.
Issues/Themes To create an office that fits the unique work style of IT engineers. To enhance and sustain a sense of belonging among engineers stationed at other companies. To create a workplace that facilitates smooth communication between employees.
Space Solution/Realization Based on the concept of "FUN FAN CHOICE OFFICE," we aimed to Spatial Production an office that is fun and productive, flexible, and suited to the way IT engineers work. With the reverse idea of not having a conference room, we proposed a "creative base" that would create a large, open, and flexible space, and would centralize and visualize communication to broaden interaction between employees. We created a space that is in line with Intelligence's slogan, "Let's have fun working."
