About the Project
| Overview | This is the first base of Sumitomo Real Estate Sales' newly launched business specializing in real estate consulting, which provides a wide range of consultation services regarding the buying and selling of real estate in the city center. Consulting partners with excellent language skills, mainly in English, can also handle consultations with foreigners. In order to meet the real estate needs of the city center, practical and useful seminars and individual consultations are held in cooperation with experts in various fields such as tax accountants and lawyers. |

| Space Solution/Realization | By clearly differentiating the image from existing stores, Spatial Production a more formal atmosphere for customers to spend more quality business negotiations. By providing a lounge in the center, we aimed to create a comfortable and spacious space. We carefully selected materials suited to the quality of the space, and by using Spatial Production in the welcoming area, we make customers feel that it is a special space. In addition to the brand value, we have created a space that adds a sense of design to make business negotiations more comfortable and fulfilling. |
