About the Project

Overview The tea classes run by the tea brand Lipton have been renovated to include an experiential exhibition. The space is designed to be as relaxing as a hotel lounge, and is in keeping with the brand founder Sir Thomas Lipton's desire to make high-quality tea accessible to everyone. The facility is an original design from Japan for the global brand Lipton.
Issues/Themes To create an exhibition space that conveys the worldview of Sir Thomas Lipton. To effectively express and promote the brand philosophy within the limited space required for the renewal of an existing tea school.
Space Solution/Realization Based on the concept of "an experiential tea house where you can casually learn about real tea," we created a new exhibition concept of "museum interior" that allows the senses to experience Sir Thomas Lipton's storytelling and knowledge about tea. In order to make use of the small space and promote the brand philosophy, we also incorporated a variety of Video Production such as a 3D mini theater, touch panels, and Video projections onto tables.
