About the Project

Overview This is the first joint exhibition booth between Isuzu Motors and UD Trucks. In line with the booth theme "INNOVATION FOR YOU - Accelerate the future of transportation," we created an image scene that captures the individuality of each company in the Isuzu Group, and introduced the new future that the Isuzu Group envisions with a booth design that allows for lively experiences and experiences.
Issues/Themes The booth will appeal to a wide range of visitors, from children to adults in addition to professional users, by clearly explaining environmental technologies, especially carbon neutrality, electric vehicles, battery mounting technologies, and other advanced technologies. Furthermore, the booth will be designed to bring out the individuality of both companies and to create a sense of unity within the Isuzu Group.
Space Solution/Realization We aimed to entertain visitors with intuitive and easy-to-understand experiences by incorporating a variety of experiential content. The entrance area was designed to create a tunnel-like Spatial Production to build up a sense of anticipation, leaving a strong impression of the booth's image. In Video cube in front of the tunnel, Video Production allowed visitors to experience actions using cards distributed to them, conveying the Isuzu Group's message for the future to visitors. The areas for both companies were designed to convey the individuality of each company, and the two zone concepts were combined to create a unified booth design: the Isuzu area's "ViewPoint concept," which was mindful of environmental technology, and the UD Trucks area's "WareHouse concept," which evoked the image of future logistics.
Design for Environment [Eco-friendly and energy-saving]
- Healthy design: The adhesive used for graphic printing is a product that does not contain harmful substances.
- 3R design: We strived for the 3Rs by adopting large leaf trusses that can also be used as structural materials.
-Energy-saving design: All Spatial Production lighting and Video equipment uses LEDs to reduce power consumption.

[Universal Design]
- Universal design: There are no steps inside the booth. The entire floor is low, just 38mm around, and the slope is 1/12.
-Safety design: Consideration has been given to the treatment of corners on fixtures, counters, and stairs for the truck ride experience, as well as anti-slip measures on steps.
