Showrooms rooted in the community that you can drop in to while out shopping

Overview | This is Tokyo Gas's flagship Showrooms, which opened inside the commercial facility "MARK IS Minatomirai." This is the first time that Tokyo Gas has opened Showrooms inside a commercial facility. In addition to being able to experience gas appliances and equipment, the showroom is rooted in the local community, with a corner introducing "life wisdom" with themes of "environment, energy conservation" and "disaster prevention," a "cooking studio" and "open kitchen" that work with local Showrooms to promote Yokohama's unique food culture, and a corner introducing the relationship between Yokohama and city gas. |

Issues/Themes | Our goal is to create Showrooms that will encourage customers who visit the facility for shopping to stop by while they're out shopping, and that will spark their interest in gas. |
Space Solution/Realization | By creating Showrooms atmosphere with realistic plants, tile paths, and old houses with aged paint, we have created a place where visitors can enjoy discovering the charms of "a new and rich life with gas" while enjoying the experience of strolling around town. In addition, in the corners that recreate interiors such as the "Life Wisdom House" and the "Comparison House," many small items such as furniture and household goods are placed to pursue realism down to the smallest details. |
