About the Project

Overview Known for its "Jiichiro's Baumkuchen," this is a store of a brand that delivers carefully selected sweets based on the concept of "accumulating happiness." With a single-minded "manufacturing spirit" to deliver better sweets to customers, the store continues to take on the challenge of "always changing in order to deliver 'unchanging deliciousness.'" Tanseisha has been supporting the opening of stores all over the country since 2018, while keeping its spirit close to that desire.
Issues/Themes To constantly challenge ourselves with new designs and evolve the Jiichiro brand.
Space Solution/Realization In order to embody the Jiichiro brand's attitude of continuing to take on new challenges, we implement a design approach that is tailored to the location of each store. We aim to create better stores by carefully communicating with business owners on everything from the design theme to the finishing details. Through ongoing relationships, we develop a deep understanding and partnership with business owners and help them solve their problems from a multifaceted perspective.

We handle Commercial Spaces, mainly retail stores. We consider the essence of space from the perspective of the environment, purpose, and issues, and always create from the perspective of the consumer. While exploring modern technology and knowledge, we value the attitude of always asking "why?" and the ability to change the way you look at things and imagine ways to solve problems.
