Issues/Themes | The idea is to change the system from a guided tour by an attendant to a free tour without a reservation, so that more customers can take their time to explore the museum. The idea is to create a facility that makes use of the original exhibits while promoting the appeal of "Medicinal Yomeishu" and increasing customer satisfaction. |
Space Solution/Realization | In conjunction with the change to free attendance during tours, automated audio guidance that is easy to understand for people of all ages has been introduced. The entire experience, including the screening time of the theater, has been programmed to provide effective audio guidance and explanations. In addition, easy-to-understand visual guidance graphics have been added to the tour route. Even along the complex tour corridors, which can easily feel like the time spent is long, Spatial Production use of graphics ensures that the fun and appeal of the tour continues. |
Design for Environment | Safety design: With safety in mind, we designed the fixtures with rounded and bumpy surfaces. |
