Business Content

In order to materialize the diverse and complex "ideas" of our clients and solve their problems, we share our mission with the client and our team, conduct multifaceted research and interviews, formulate concepts, and solidify the planning concept.

mission

We are involved from the upstream of the spatial creation of the facility's Basic Concept, and are deeply and broadly involved in everything from verifying and reporting on the business's feasibility based on basic research, to the basic plan, measures to integrate the facility's mission with the market environment, business content, customer attraction policies, exhibition concepts, and Operation Planning. We work with sales and designers to propose logical and attractive plans that are feasible.

Learning from experience leads to good proposals

I am involved in the creation of facilities that are rooted in the local community, such as local museums and Tourism information centers. I believe that in order to make good proposals, it is important to have a deep understanding of the characteristics of the region and the theme being addressed, so every day is a continuous learning experience. There are many things to learn through experience, seeing and hearing on-site, such as practicing Zen at a temple and entering a huge device that observes cosmic rays. Learning about a world I had never known before has broadened my own horizons and is one of the strengths that I use to approach my work.
Many Cultural Spaces projects take several years to complete, and I have yet to experience the opening of any of my projects. I am looking forward to seeing how people react to the facility once it opens.

An environment where young people can take on a wide range of challenges and actively play an active role

Being a planner at Tanseisha is a diverse and rewarding job. Many of the projects we undertake are new challenges for our clients, and we plan everything from store construction to town development.
At our company, even young people are expected to actively participate as core members of projects, but because it is an environment where you can consult with your seniors at any time, you can take on challenges with peace of mind. In such an environment, I was able to win a competition in my first year with a plan based on my own concept and strategy, and I learned to work in a team with a sense of responsibility.
I think the job of a planner requires the ability to take responsibility for one's own plans while also getting help from a variety of people to put them into shape.

Aiming to become a unique planner under the guidance of seniors who have mastered various specialties

In my first and second years at the company, I was involved in planning various commercial facilities. Large-scale projects in particular are rewarding work that allows me to think about the future several years down the line. I study every day because it requires specialized knowledge, such as market analysis that forms the basis of proposals, verifying business feasibility, and researching advanced examples.
From my third year, I have been tackling a new field, planning exhibition spaces for corporate Showrooms and the like. A planner's duties are broad, but I am grateful for the environment in which I can gain a wide range of experience under the guidance of my seniors who have mastered the expertise of each field. In the process, I would like to find the field and method that I want to master, and become a planner who can work with customers to realize spaces that exceed their expectations.

The responsibility and reward of being involved in the creation of a corporate culture from the very beginning

I studied design strategy in my student days. Currently, I am mainly involved in consulting for leisure facilities. My work is diverse, including formulating concepts to improve the image, proposing content, and changing employee awareness, but I feel a sense of responsibility to not only design spaces, but also to be involved from the upstream of fostering corporate culture.
In addition, in large-scale projects, it is essential to collaborate with external brains who have a wide range of knowledge, as well as with people in-house. Collaborating with people in different positions brings new discoveries every day, which is stimulating.
Due to the breadth of my work, I sometimes feel like I'm working for a different company, but I feel that this is a rewarding job that allows me to gain a wide range of experiences.
