We will verify the feasibility of the design from a construction perspective while considering legal compliance and environmental measures for the proposed spatial creation. We will conduct a preliminary site survey, check drawings, consider materials and construction methods, and estimate costs. In addition to managing the schedule, budget, quality, and safety aspects of the construction, we will also be responsible for directing the Direction of spatial Spatial Production such as Video, audio, and lighting.
I joined Tanseisha because I wanted to be involved in creating spaces where people gather. During my training, I learned about the rigors and depth of manufacturing through the "Human Development Project," a practical new employee training program in which I created products together with external designers. After being assigned to the company, I spent my days on the job, learning a lot from my seniors on the job.
Cultural Spaces that I am in charge of involves a variety of construction projects such as exhibits, experience content, Video, and mechanisms, so there are many management items, but the sense of fulfillment when it is completed is all the more. I think one of the attractions of this job is being able to see the completed space bustling with people and being able to drop in with family and friends.
I am involved in the production management of specialty stores, such as domestic shops for international brands and new store formats that combine cafes and beauty salons. No two spaces are the same, so I think it's an interesting job that allows me to utilize my individuality within a team through trial and error.
When I was first assigned to the job, I was focused on completing the work, but gradually I became able to respond flexibly to on-site conditions while following the wishes of the client and designers.
I would like to continue to gain experience and find my own unique way of working.
I have been involved in Production, Construction of retail stores and experiential exhibition facilities. The most memorable project was the environmental Spatial Production work for an aquarium. I was able to gain valuable experience in adding value to the exhibition space of an aquarium through Spatial Production using Video and audio, wall painting and signage. It was difficult to work on site with little knowledge or experience, but thanks to the support I received from my superiors and the people at the partner companies, I was able to complete the project.
I would like to continue growing, using the words I receive from the cooperating companies and craftsmen who worked hard with me on site, such as "I'd like to work with you again," as motivation for my next project.
I am in charge of production for apparel shops and restaurants with Chain Store Expansion. Even though this is only my second year at the company, I have been given the opportunity to take on a variety of challenges. Most recently, I was in charge of Furniture Production. When I worked as a team on ideas based on the design drawings and was able to complete the work on site beautifully according to the construction drawings I had drawn, I felt a great sense of accomplishment and wanted to further improve my own abilities.
Every time a project is completed, there is a chance to review it with the senior in charge of OJT and my superiors, and I am able to resolve any worries or questions I may have. Although it is an environment where you can take on challenges, you are not left to your own devices; rather, the company supports your growth until you are fully qualified.
