About the Project

Overview This is the first permanent gaming space in Asia created by Red Bull. It is a place for players, developers, publishers, and everyone who is building the gaming scene. This space operates as a digital twin of real and virtual space. Various forms of communication are taking place here, such as participating in online battles, watching matches, and talking through voice chat.
Issues/Themes To provide a place where people who use the physical "Red Bull Gaming Sphere Tokyo" can gather and communicate online as well as offline. To allow people who cannot go to the physical space due to location or time constraints to still be able to enjoy the space.
Space Solution/Realization Using data from the design of the real space, we built the online "Red Bull Gaming Sphere Tokyo Virtual." Users can gather as avatars in the virtual space, creating a place where they can share gaming-related communication online. In addition, even those who were unable to visit the real space can now participate in the online event while enjoying the atmosphere of the real place.
